Perform 3 tests on each eye and send me the results using NUMBERS for ID (do not use a real name due to patient identification.) When receive your results, I will notify you, if they qualify, I will send $1.00 for the app. Try several tests to get use to the easy test. I will reimburse the first 1000 MacHealth test.
