Pinhole Lens Clips are sold separately.  The multi-perforated pinhole disc has 8 perforations of 1.0 mm diameter.  A +2.5 diopter lens is mounted by a hinge, which raises the lens out of the visual axis or lowers the lens into the visual axis.

The eye not being examined is occluded by a magnetic vinyl  occluder or a clip-on occluder.
