For the Amblyometer and the Equalizer DiagnosticGame tests there is an option to test for Parity Challenge. The recommended procedure is to perform the Amblyometer or the Equalizor test while the subject wears only the polarizing glasses.  The game is then repeated with the Parity Challenge filter over the right eye and then repeated with parity filter over the left eye.  The process amplifies the size of the relative afferent defect for comformation. Clip-On filter alone, does not include the glasses.
